Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    2 cans water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 medium onions
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil; add onions and brown.
    Add all other ingredients and cook for several hours.
