1/2 grapefruit (per serving)
maraschino cherries
brown sugar
Preparation

Wash the grapefruit and cut in half crosswise.
Loosen grapefruit sections around outer edge and between segments with a grapefruit knife.
Place a cherry in the middle and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Broil for a few minutes until the sugar melts and is bubbly.
