Dirty Rice(La Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. stew meat
1 large onion
salt
pepper
Tabasco
2 c. rice

Preparation

Cook meat until it falls apart.
Cook onion with meat.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Add rice.
