Chocolate Nut Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 c. finely grated zucchini
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling water; let cool.
    Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.
    In a large bowl of electric mixer beat eggs at high speed until thick and light.
    Gradually add sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add oil and cooled chocolate; beat until well blended.
    At low speed, add sifted dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
    Add grated zucchini and nuts, stirring with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
    Turn batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
    Cake can be dusted with confectioners sugar before serving.
