Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped green onion
2 c. chopped parsley
6 c. tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. wine (optional)
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
3 lb. cooked medium shrimp
Preparation

In a large pot, add olive oil and next four (4) ingredients. Saute; when onions turn clear, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and wine to remove bitterness of tomatoes. (Wine is optional.)
After tomatoes are cooked, add remaining ingredients and simmer approximately 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta.
