Cressic Greens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. fresh cressic greens
bacon or ham trimmings
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Wash greens and cut off roots.
Place greens in large pot with water.
Boil until tender.
Drain off water.
Cook ham or bacon trimmings in pan until fat has cooked out.
Place drained grease into fat and mix with drippings and salt and pepper to taste.
