Cheesy Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white bread, crust removed, buttered one side
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and sliced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1- 10 1/2 oz. can mushroom soup
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter plus 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Butter 9 inch baking dish, line bottom with 4 slices bread. Cover with sliced chicken.
Spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with onion, green pepper and cheese.
Top with remaining 4 slices of buttered bread.
