Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices ham
2 eggs, beaten
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pound
chicken\tbreasts
until\tthin.
Add
1
slice of cheese and
1
slice
of ham to center of each chicken breast. Roll up each and secure with toothpicks.
Dip into beaten egg, then
into bread
crumbs.
Repeat
twice.
Place into lightly greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.\tServes 4.
