Macaroni And Cheese(From Mary Mac'S Tea Room) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. macaroni pieces
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil macaroni pieces in water for 6 minutes.
    Drain in colander; rinse well under running water to remove starch.
    Beat 3 eggs.
    Add following ingredients and mix well together:
    2 cups milk, 1/4 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, dash of Tabasco sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons melted margarine and 2 cups grated cheese.
    Add macaroni and pour into 1-quart greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until soft as custard.
