Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over butter in pan.
    Heat until butter melts.
    Add flour all at once.
    Stir with wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.
    Remove from heat. Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating to a smooth paste after each one.
    Beat until smooth and velvety.
    Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer.
    When cooked, slice off tops and fill with filling, whipped cream, ice cream, hot creamed chicken or any creamed fish and replace tops.
    Makes 7 to 8.
