Beef Bourguignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. condensed beef broth
    1 c. dry wine (Burgundy)
    1 large jar button mushrooms
    jar pearl onions
Preparation
    Saute meat.
    Stir in flour, pepper and thyme.
    Pour in broth and wine.
    Cover and cook at 225\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Add mushrooms and onions.
    Add equal parts of broth and wine as needed.
    Cook until meat is tender.
    Good over wild rice or noodles.
