Chinese Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 to 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    2 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey; drain and return to pan.
    Add seasoning from Ramen noodles to water and pour into pan.
    Pack noodles into water/ground beef mixture.
    Layer green onions, bell pepper and cabbage.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
