Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice thin.
    Boil potatoes just until they start to get tender.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add milk, soups, salt and pepper.
    Heat until creamy. Carefully add to drained potatoes.
    Fold until potatoes are well covered.
    Place in small casserole dish (sprayed with cooking spray).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until sauce has thickened and potatoes are tender.
