Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 stick margarine
1 tsp. orange peel

Preparation

Mix together and bake about 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
Nuts can be put on top if wanted.
Let cool, then put marshmallows on top.
Bake until marshmallows are melted.
