Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. hot dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. cream
    2 1/2 c. milk
    14 to 16 oz. sharp or very sharp cheese
    1 lb. pkg. elbow macaroni *
Preparation
    *Bring water to boil in large kettle.
    Add salt.
    Add macaroni.
    Stir and bring to full rolling boil on high heat.
    Stir constantly and boil for 2 minutes on high, then cover pan.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    There's no boiling over. Drain and rinse with cold water.
