Classic Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    about 3 Tbsp. cold water
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. cold butter or margarine
Preparation
    Sift together flour and salt; cut in shortening until consistency of meal.
    Cut in butter until consistency of small peas.
    Stir in cold water and blend lightly, just until dough holds together and can be rolled into a ball.
    Roll out to fit a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
    Microwave on High for about 4 to 6 minutes, rotating dish frequently and pricking any large air bubbles that form with a fork.
