Ground Beef And Vegetables Dinner(This Dish Is Low In Calories; Serves 3.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small green pepper, cut up
    1 small can stewed tomatoes or 8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 small can mushrooms (4 oz.)
    1 small head cabbage, cut in slices (about 2 cups)
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Add seasonings and cabbage.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
    Stir twice.
    Just before serving, sprinkle cheese on top.
