Pineapple Mold * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. nuts (English walnuts)
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and boiling water together until Jell-O dissolves. Cool, then add the milk and cottage cheese, drained pineapple, nuts and celery.
    Pour into salad mold and let set in refrigerator for 6 hours or more.
