Cranberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a bowl, mix together oats, flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press half mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Break the cranberry sauce up with a fork and spread on top of crumb mixture. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares or bars. Makes 9 servings.
