Grilled Smokey Pork Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 lb. pork ribs, cut 1-inch thick
water
2 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. hickory liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Place ribs in large saucepan. Add enough water to cover ribs. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Melt butter in small saucepan. Fry garlic until lightly browned. Stir in 1/4 cup water, Worcestershire, liquid smoke, brown sugar, ketchup, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place ribs on grill. Cover and cook 20 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce every 5 minutes. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
