Curried Crabmeat Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. crabmeat, drained (fresh or canned)
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. commercial sour cream
2 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
toast triangles
Preparation
-
Pick over crabmeat, discarding any cartilage.
Shred the meat, then blend with all ingredients.
Taste for seasoning; serve with toast triangles, crisp crackers or Melba rounds.
Yield:
10 servings; double recipe for a cocktail party for 20.
