Cherry Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 small pkg. cherry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. sugar
    rind and juice of 1 1/2 lemons
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Thoroughly chill milk overnight.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice, rind, salt and sugar.
    Stir well.
    Jell slightly.
