Best Ever Sunday Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried whole thyme
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Morton Nature's Seasons
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    5 lb. chicken pieces
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in plastic bag; shake to mix.
    Set aside.
    Combine eggs, milk and lemon juice; stir well.
    Skin chicken.
    Place 2 or 3 pieces in bag and shake well.
    Dip in egg mixture, then return to bag and shake again.
    Repeat with remaining chicken.
