Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Bake in 3 well-greased layer cake pans for 30 to 35 minutes or 1 tube pan for 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
