Ham And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 meaty ham bone
1 medium cabbage, cut in chunks
5 or 6 carrots, cut into chunks
5 to 6 medium potatoes, quartered
2 onions, quartered
water
Preparation

Place ham bone in kettle or dutch oven.
Arrange cabbage around the ham bone.
Add carrots, potatoes, and onions.
Add enough water to cover vegetables, and slowly simmer until vegetables are done.
