Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pot roast
    carrots
    red potatoes
    tenderizer
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cover pan with aluminum foil.
    Wash, peel and slice carrots.
    Wash and quarter red potatoes.
    Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Wrap roast, carrots and potatoes in foil and cook until tender.
