Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Italian)
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in one bowl.
    Spray cooking dish with Pam.
    Pour in shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, until top is lightly brown.
    Can be done ahead of time.
    Reheats very well in microwave when baked in glass pie dish.
    Cut in wedges.
    Serve with salad for light lunch.
    If baked in square pan, cut in squares for appetizers.
