Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water or fruit juice
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix egg yolks, sugar and flour together in pan.
Boil vinegar and water.
Pour boiling mixture slowly into first mixture, stirring continually.
When mixed, bring all to boil until thickened.
Yields one pint.
