Avocado-Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. avocado, diced
    2/3 c. yogurt
    2 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry. Rub potatoes lightly with oil.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are soft to the touch.
