Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef
1 pkg. (1 1/2 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 (11 oz.) nacho cheese soup
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. pitted black olives, sliced
1 c. sour cream
2 green onions, minced
round corn tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook meat, drain.
Add taco seasoning mix and stir good.
In casserole dish, spread beans, cover with beef mixture.
Pour soup over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and then olives.
Cook in oven until bubbly.
Pour sour cream on top.
Sprinkle with green onions.
Arrange tortilla chips around edge of dish.
