Cajun Fish With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 lb. cod, halibut or haddock
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet in the oil, cook the oregano and pepper until done.
    Add remaining ingredients, except fish.
    Heat to boiling.
    Arrange fish in soup mixture.
    Reduce heat. Cover.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is done.
    Serve with the rice. Serves 4.
