Vanderbilt Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can apricot halves and pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
3 bananas, sliced
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix pudding with apricot juice only until smooth.
Do not beat.
Add fruit and nuts; mix.
Add a little of pineapple juice, if needed.
