Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
Preparation

Mix well with a pastry blender until fine grains.
Line two 8-inch pans with brown paper.
Put 1/2 of the mixture in each pan, then press with your hand into the pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When cakes are light brown, they are done.
