Meatball Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 can white kidney or navy beans
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 carrots, chopped and precooked about 20 minutes
    1/4 tsp. each pepper and thyme
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine beef and bread crumbs.
    Shape into 12 balls and roll in flour.
    Brown meatballs in hot oil with onion.
    Add carrots, broth, pepper and thyme.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add beans and simmer 5 more minutes.
    Serve hot, sprinkled with parsley.
    Delicious, fast and easy.
    Goes well with cornbread.
