Grandma'S Tator Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, diced
    2 to 3 tsp. butter
    4 to 5 c. water
    1 onion
    2 tsp. salt
    6 to 7 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onion, butter and salt in water for 10 minutes or until tender.
    Add milk and pepper (to taste).
    In a bowl, mix together flour, 1 cup milk and salt to form thickening.
    Pour into potato soup.
    Stir thoroughly until boiling.
    Simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
