Crock-Pot Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can carrots
    1 can corn
    1 can green beans
    2 to 3 small potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, sliced
    1 can lima beans
    1 can red kidney beans with juice
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. water
    2 c. beef cubes
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together in a crock-pot.
    Mix well.
    Cover and cook on high for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or on low for 8 to 9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
    Soup can also be frozen for later use.
