Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    granulated sugar
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Add 2 cups flour; mix well.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar; place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork.
    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    (Do not overbake.)
    Cool.
    Store, tightly covered, at room temperature.
