Mrs. Margaret Walker'S Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen, cooked, meat off bone and cut up
4 buttons garlic (optional)
4 small onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
1 tsp. hot sauce
dash of black and red pepper
2 big ribs celery, chopped
2 medium bell peppers, cut up
4 small carrots, cut up
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 box spaghetti, precooked
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and use the broth that the hen was cooked in as liquid.
If broth does not cover mixture, you can add enough water to cover.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 hours, stirring frequently.
When liquid cooks down, add water to keep moist.
I put grated cheese on top.
