Spaghetti And Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    3 (3 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 cans water
    4 c. tomato juice
    salt, pepper and sugar to taste
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 or 3 eggs
    2 slices dry bread
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat oil and saute
    garlic lightly.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer until quite thick.
    In a large bowl, combine meat, beaten eggs, cheese and broken up bread that has been moistened in water.
    Mix and form into small balls and brown lightly in a skillet.
    Add to the sauce and simmer until meatballs are done.
