Crustless Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (I used 3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (I used 1 egg white and 1 whole egg)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Melt margarine and chocolate in saucepan over low heat or in double boiler.
Add sugar and blend well.
Add eggs; beat well with wooden spoon.
Add flour and vanilla and blend well.
Pour into a well-greased 9-inch pie plate and top with nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
Good to have one in your freezer for unexpected company.
