Simple Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup soup, hamburger, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
Shape into big firm patties.
In skillet, cook patties until brown on both sides.
Spoon off fat.
Pour soup and mushrooms over patties and put lid on skillet and reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
You can do this with round steak, too.
