Viola'S Watergate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
Cool Whip
2 1/2 c. milk
2 boxes pistachio pudding
Preparation

Mix in square 8 x 8-inch pan the flour, pecans, sugar and butter, then pat down good, making crust.
Bake until brown (light) at 350\u00b0.
Next, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread on cooled crust.
Then spread some Cool Whip on top of cheese.
In medium bowl, mix milk and the two boxes of pudding until thick; pour over Cool Whip.
Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with a few chopped pecans.
