Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    2/3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook grits; add butter and grated cheese.
    Beat eggs and add milk; add egg mixture to grits.
    Put in a well-greased long baking dish.
    Top with crushed cornflakes and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
