Stack-A-Roll Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 can French fried onions
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream, divided
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, with 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can Hungry Jack biscuits (10)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain off fat.
    Sprinkle onions over beef (reserve 1/2 cup).
    Sprinkle sliced mushrooms over onions.
    Combine 1/2 cup sour cream and mushroom soup in saucepan.
    Heat until boiling point is reached.
    Pour over ground beef mixture.
    Cut biscuits in 1/2 (1/2 moon shape) and arrange around casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 cup onions in center.
    Beat egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup sour cream and pour over biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 until biscuits are browned, approximately 30 minutes.
