Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar olives with pimento
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 medium to large onion
1 green pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Chop and grate everything as small as possible.
Mix together well.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
