Salmon Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. salmon
    6 qt. hot water
    3 lb. small red potatoes, cut in half
    16 boiling onions
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Cut
    salmon
    up
    into
    2-inch squares.\tBring to a boil 6-quarts water
    with
    1/2 cup salt in 14-inch Dutch oven.
    Add potatoes, onions and spices.
    Boil 20 minutes.
    Add salmon and boil 12 minutes longer.
    Drain off liquid and serve.
