Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
3 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch green onions (tops and bottoms), chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can black olives, chopped
picante sauce (optional)
jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation

Spread refried beans on bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish and set aside.
Mash avocados.
Mix with lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Layer over beans.
In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
Spread this mixture over 2nd layer.
Sprinkle chopped green onions.
Sprinkle chopped black olives.
Sprinkle grated cheese.
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes on top. Picante sauce may be spooned and jalapeno peppers on top.
Serve with tortilla chips.
