No Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover with foil.
    Store in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Make into rolls and let rise about 1 to 1 1/2 hours covered on countertop with towel.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
