Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
3 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vinegar to eggs.
Mix lightly, but well.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 or until done.
Test with toothpick.
