Picadilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. dill pickles
1/2 c. diced onion
6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Scald milk and melt shortening. Stir all ingredients together.
Add 6 to 7 cups flour and knead well. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size.
Punch dough down and make into loaves. Let rise again. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until.
